Reservations for the Chef’s Menu Tasting must be made at least a day in advance. This experience is available Tuesday to Saturday starting 5 PM with the last seating on 7.30 PM.

Wine List
Chef Raghav Chaudhary and our Sommeliers wish you the best possible dining experience by providing you with fresh locally sourced ingredients for all of our creative dishes, and this wine list, showcasing a variety of products from small and large producers from around the world, offering countless opportunities to complement your meal.
Our sommeliers will gladly offer their assistance with your wine choice or create flights of wines to accompany each course of your dinner if you desire. We believe that wine becomes an integral part of the meal and therefore should receive appropriate consideration to truly enjoy the flavours put forward by the Chef’s creations.

This is why we’ve implemented a service fee in place of the tipping model. It allows us to redistribute gratuities to pay a living wage to ALL of our employees, ensuring – at a minimum – they are able to cover the actual costs of living in our community. It’s just one way we plan to make a dent within the hospitality industry, and one way you can contribute to a more equitable outcome for those who uphold it.
