Land Acknowledgement

We would like to acknowledge that Aiana is situated on the traditional territory of the Algonquin people. We recognize and honour the rich history, culture, and heritage of the Algonquin Nation, who have been the caretakers of this land for thousands of years. We express our gratitude and respect for the Algonquin people, their elders, past and present, and their ongoing commitment to preserving the land, water, and air that we all share. As we live and work on this land, we commit to fostering a relationship of trust and mutual respect with the Algonquin Nation. We acknowledge the Algonquin people as the traditional caretakers of this land and express our deepest gratitude for their ongoing stewardship of this territory.
